Section 601.110  Definitions

Terms used in these rules shall have the same meaning as in The Freedom of Information Act.

            "FOIA" means The Freedom of Information Act.

            "Freedom of Information Officer" means an individual responsible for receiving and responding to requests for public records and, in the Office of the Auditor General, the OAG Librarian (or other person designated by the Auditor General in case of vacancy in that position).

            "OAG" means Office of the Auditor General.

            "Requester" means a person who submits a request for public records in accordance with these rules.
