Section 725.20  Operating Manuals

The Department's operating procedures and policies are contained in policy and procedure manuals and in policy and procedure letters.  Copies of these materials are maintained in the central office and in each area agency on aging office and are available for public inspection during regular working hours.  Copies of individual pages are available without charge.  Persons may subscribe for the manuals or letters for an annual fee which covers the cost of mailing and publication.  Requests should be directed to:
