Section 1301.120  Definitions

a)         Terms in this Part shall have the same meaning as in the Freedom of Information Act (Supp. to Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 116, par. 201 et seq.) and the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, par. 300 et seq.).

b)         The following definitions are applicable for purposes of these rules:

            "Act" means the Illinois Unemployment Insurance Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 48, par. 300 et seq.).

            "Department" means the Illinois Department of Employment Security.

            "Director" means the Director of the Department of Employment Security.

            "FOIA" means the Freedom of Information Act (Supp. to Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 116, par. 201 et seq.).

            "Office of the Commissioner" means the office responsible for receiving and responding to requests for public records.

            "Requestor" means a person who submits a request for public records in accordance with these rules.
