Section 270.410  Payment

Space rental must be paid in full on or before the first day of the event. All payments must be made by cash, cashier's check or money order. When a "percentage contract" is involved, full reconciliation and accounting must be made by lessee within three days following the event. The payment of any fees or charges for the use of the State Fairgrounds or facilities by any department of State Government or other governmental entity shall be waived.
