Section 2530.484 Compelling Appearance at Hearing
The appearance at the Hearing of a party or a person who at the time of the hearing is an officer, director or employee of a party may be required by serving the party with a notice designating the person who is required to appear, if the Hearing Officer rules that the appearance of such a person is necessary to assist in the resolution of the issue raised in the proceeding. If the party or person is a non-resident of the State, the Hearing Officer shall provide by order such terms and conditions in connection with his appearance at the hearing as are just, including payment of his reasonable expenses. The notice also may require production at the hearing of documents or tangible things. The party requesting the appearance of any person shall pay that person's reasonable expenses unless the person whose appearance is requested is an employee of a party to the Hearing.
