Section 107.145  Earned Good Conduct Credits

Committed persons who are enrolled in full-time substance abuse programs, correctional industry assignments, or vocational or academic educational programs approved by the Department may be eligible to receive earned good conduct credits in addition to good conduct credits awarded in accordance with this Part.  Earned good conduct credits shall be awarded at the applicable rate for each day during which program goals have been achieved in accordance with Subpart F of this Part.
