Section 107.340  Release of Clinical Records to Committed Persons and Authorized Attorneys (Community Services Division)

All written requests for release of clinical records of committed persons transferred to a community correctional center should be directed to the Chief Administrative Officer of the adult correctional facility in which the person last resided.  All other provisions of Section 107.330 regarding release of clinical records shall also apply to the Community Services Division.
