Section 107.420  Right to Access and Review

All persons, including committed persons, have the right to review copies of their Criminal History Record Information from local criminal justice agencies, any state and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and to challenge the content of these records (42 U.S.C. 3789(f) and (g) and 28 CFR 20).
