Section 455.40  Placement Procedures

a)         Applications or referrals for placement shall be reviewed by designated program staff and a recommendation shall be forwarded to the Director or his designee, who shall approve or deny the placement.

b)         The committed person shall be notified in writing of the final disposition of his application or referral.
