Section 703.5  Definitions

            "Department" means the Illinois Department of Corrections.

            "Detention Standards and Service Unit" means the unit within the Bureau of Inspections and Audits of the Department of Corrections which is authorized to monitor compliance with County Shelter Care Standards.

            "Director" means the Director of the Illinois Department of Corrections.

            "Unit" means the Detention Standards and Services Unit.
