Section 703.220  Religious Services

Minimum Standards

a)         Religious Services

Children shall be afforded an opportunity to participate in religious services of their faith in their community church and receive religious counseling.

1)         Children shall be permitted to participate in church services as individuals rather than as a regimented group.

2)         The facility shall arrange for transportation to and from church, where required.

b)         Compulsory Participation

Children shall not be required to attend, participate in or be exposed to religious services or discussions.
