Section 1205.20  Definitions

"Act" means the Criminal Identification Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 38, par. 206-1 et seq.).

"Department" means the Illinois Department of State Police.

"Expungement" means a court order issued pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Act.
