Section 1905.210   Ethical Standards

All providers of sex offender evaluations or treatment under this Part are to adhere to the Ethical Principles in the Professional Code of Ethics (2001 Edition) published by the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers (ATSA) (4900 S.W. Griffith Drive, Suite 274, Beaverton, Oregon 97005; Web: www.atsa.com).  A copy of the Code is available at the office of the Chair of the Board (in the Office of the Attorney General, 100 W.
