Section 306.101  Preamble

This part contains specific requirements and prohibitions concerning existing and potential sources of water pollution.  Unless the contrary is clearly indicated, all references to "Parts" or "Sections" are to Ill. Adm. Code, Title 35:  Enviromental Protection.  For example, "Part 309" is 35 Ill. Adm. Code 309, and "Section 309.101" is 35 Ill. Adm. Code 309.101.
