Section 360.306  Disputes

a)         Only the grantee may appeal to the Agency under this provision with respect to its subagreements thereunder for its own name and benefit.  Neither a contractor nor a subcontractor of a grantee may prosecute an appeal under the disputes provision of a grant in its own name or interest.

b)         Any dispute arising under this grant which is not disposed of by agreement shall be decided by the Director or his duly authorized representative, who shall reduce his decision to writing and mail or otherwise furnish a copy thereof to the applicant.  The decision of the Director shall be final and conclusive.

c)         This "disputes" clause does not preclude consideration of questions of law in connection with decisions provided for in Section 360.306(b) above.
