Section 110.215  Document Preparation Fee

A licensee may assess the obligor a document preparation fee not to exceed $25.  This fee may be assessed for consummated loans only and shall be itemized and disclosed in the loan contract as prescribed under the Truth-in-Lending Act.  In the event of prepayment in full, no portion of this fee is required to be refunded.
