Section 110.320  Application for License

In addition to the licensing requirements of Section 110.15 of this Part, a short-term lender making application for license shall provide, as part of the application submitted to the Division, a statement certifying compliance with any and all applicable local ordinances pertaining to the applicant's proposed business.
