Section 120.40  Check Register

a)         A check register must be maintained for all checks, drafts, money orders, or other evidence of money which the licensee cashes.

b)         The check register must show for each instrument cashed: the maker, the payee, the date of the instrument, its amount, and its number.

c)         The foregoing will not apply to those Exchanges that microfilm all checks, drafts, money orders, or other evidence of money provided that such microfilms are available to the Department at all times and the microfilm machine is maintained in working order.
