Section 392.120  Consolidation of Hearing Proceeding

In the interest of convenient, expeditious and complete determination of matters, the hearing officer may consolidate hearing proceedings involving any number of parties whenever the matters involve common questions of fact and it can be done without prejudice to the parties.
