Section 392.170  Evidence Depositions

Evidence depositions may be ordered by the hearing officer upon a showing that, at the time of the hearing, the person deposed will not be available to participate in the hearing because of exceptional circumstances such as impending death, illness, imprisonment, or other hardship.
