Section 392.240 Construction of Rules
a) No Section headings contained herein shall be deemed to govern, limit, modify or in any manner affect the scope, meaning or intent of the provisions of any Section.
b) If any Section, subsection, sentence or clause of this Part shall be held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions thereof.
