Section 1000.250  Mobile Home

A "mobile home" is a movable dwelling constructed in one (1) or more units to be occupied on land, having a minimum width of ten (10) feet and a minimum area of 400 square feet, and containing living facilities suitable for year-round occupancy by one (1) family, including permanent provisions for eating, sleeping, cooking and sanitation.
