Section 1000.1210  Agency Offices

a)         An association may establish or maintain agency offices which only service and originate (but do not approve) loans and contracts and/or manage or sell real estate owned by the association.

b)         An agency office shall maintain records of all business it transacts and transmit copies to a branch or home office of the association.
