Section 1000.1460  Disclosure

The association shall clearly disclose to the holder of a third-party account in writing:

a)         The extent of and any conditions attached to any overdraft privilege;

b)         Service charges, minimum balance requirements, activity charges or other fees;

c)         Interest rates, if applicable, and an explanation of different rate levels if more than one rate is offered;

d)         The association's rules and regulations under which such accounts shall be administered;

e)         Any other conditions attached to the accounts.
