Section 1000.1530  Filing

Documents and requests permitted or required to be filed with the Agency in connection with a hearing shall be addressed to and mailed to or filed with the Division of Banks and Real Estate, 500 East Monroe, Suite 800, Springfield, Illinois 62701 or 310 South Michigan Avenue, Suite 2130, Chicago, Illinois 60604, in triplicate.  The office of the Division is open for filing and inspection and copying of public documents from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on national and State legal holidays.
