Section 1050.320  Application for Renewal of an Illinois Residential Mortgage License

Each applicant for a renewal of an Illinois Residential Mortgage License shall file a renewal application on a form prescribed by the Director.  The completed renewal application shall be received by the Director no later than 60 days prior to the licensee's annual renewal date and shall be accompanied by an investigation fee, as set forth in Section 1050.210 of this Part.  Upon completion of the investigation that the findings set forth in Section 2-2 of the Act have been met, the Director shall issue a renewal license.
