SECTION 1050.730 EXCESS FORECLOSURE RATE
Section 1050.730 Excess Foreclosure Rate
Whenever a licensee's Illinois Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Rate for a particular year exceeds the calculated National Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Rate for the same year, the Director shall conduct an examination of that licensee and shall hold public hearings in accordance with Section 4-8(d) of the Act.
