Section 1075.920  Filing

Documents and requests permitted or required to be filed with the Division in connection with a hearing shall be addressed to and mailed to or filed with the Division of Banking, Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, 500 East Monroe, Suite 900, Springfield, Illinois 62701 or 310 South Michigan Avenue, Suite 2130, Chicago, Illinois 60604, in triplicate. The Division's Office is open for filing, inspection and copying of public documents from 8:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on national and State legal holidays.
