Section 550.314  Reporting Requirements

The Agency shall notify the USEPA award official, in writing, of each construction contract which has or is expected to have an aggregate value over $10,000 within a 12-month period.  The Agency shall notify the USEPA award official within ten (10) calendar days after the award of each construction contract.  The notice shall include:

a)         Name, address, telephone number and employee identification number of the construction contractor,

b)         Amount of the award,

c)         Estimated starting and completion dates,

d)         Project number, name and site location of the project, and

e)         Copy of the tabulations of bids or offers and the name of each bidder or offeror.
