Section 5010.410 Types of Inventory
The Property Control Division requires all agencies to perform two types of inventories of equipment.
a) Annual inventory – used to report all items of equipment in the possession of an agency and as the basis for the annual certification to the Property Control Division.
b) Inventory of an agency or facility scheduled for closure or cessation of operations.
