SECTION 5010.1010 PROCEEDS OF SALE OF SCRAP
Section 5010.1010 Proceeds of Sale of Scrap
a) The Property Control Division shall deposit all proceeds from the sale of scrap into the State Surplus Property Revolving Fund or any other fund or any other fund authorized by the legislature to receive proceeds of such sale.
b) In the event the General Assembly has authorized another fund to receive the proceeds of such sale, the Property Control Division shall retain sufficient proceeds to cover the cost of disposal.
