Section 5040.430  Warranty Work

Warranty work shall be performed by a Department of Central Management Services garage or in a manufacturer's authorized service center as directed by DCMS.  In determining whether the work should be done in-house the Division of Vehicles shall consider the effect on the State garage, State garage capabilities, location of the vehicle and other such factors.
