Section 851.20  Purpose

The purpose of this Part is to set forth requirements which the Director deems necessary to carry out the provisions of Section 131.4 through and including 131.12 and 131.24 of the Illinois Insurance Code (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1985, ch. 73, par. 743.4 through 743.12 and 743.24).  The information called for by this Part is hereby declared to be necessary and appropriate for the protection of policyholders, the insurance buying public and for the information of security holders.
