Section 1250.40  Judicial Review

Any order or decision of the Director shall be subject to review in accordance with Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 110, par. 3-101) [735 ILCS 5/3-101].
