Section 250.265  Parent/Guardian Required Presence at Performance

The law states that when a minor performs or gives a rehearsal, he must be accompanied by his parent or guardian or by a person to whom such responsibilities have been given in writing by the parent or guardian. Such a person may have no connection with the theatre or organization which is responsible for the production in which the minor is performing.  The individual entrusted with the care and supervision of the minor must actually be present at the time of each and every performance and rehearsal.
