Section 5300.490  Tolling of Time Period

The time limitation established in paragraph (G) of Section 7-102 of the Act for the Department's filing of a complaint with the Commission shall be tolled during the period between issuance of the Department's notice of dismissal or default until entry of the Commission's order pursuant to Section 5300.480 hereof.
