Section 6000.130  Passenger Conduct

a)         The owner or operator of an amusement ride or amusement attraction may deny entry to a person to an amusement ride or amusement attraction if, in the owner's or operator's opinion, the entry may jeopardize the safety of such person or the safety of any other person.  (Section 2-19 of the Act)

b)         Any amusement ride or amusement attraction which is subject to guardian, height or weight requirement established by manufacturer, manager or attendant shall have such restriction in plain view at the entrance to the ride. Such restriction may not be waived.
