Section 6000.150  Daily Inspection and Test

a)         The amusement rides and amusement attractions shall be inspected and tested on each day they are intended to be used.  This inspection shall be made by a trained attendant as defined in Section 6000.120(c).  Results of these daily inspections shall be recorded on industry approved forms such as Outdoor Amusement Business Association, Form No. 1AOA-2, on other forms approved by the Department. Completed inspection forms shall be certified by the manager.  The record of daily inspection shall be kept on file by the manager for one calendar year and be made available to the inspector during inspection.

b)         The inspection and test shall include the operation of control devices, speed limiting devices, brakes, anti-roll back dogs, and other equipment provided for safety.

c)         The amusement ride shall be operated through a minimum of one ride sequence.
