SECTION 1200.70 CONDUCT OF HEARINGS
Section 1200.70 Conduct of Hearings
Any hearing conducted by the Division pursuant to Section 23.2 of the Act shall be conducted in accordance with the Division's Rules of Practice in Administrative Hearings (68 Ill. Adm. Code 1110).
