Section 1350.60  Identification

a)         When rendering medical services, a physician assistant shall at all times wear an identification badge on an outer garment and in plain view, which shall state the physician assistant's name and title.

b)         Each person shall be informed that he/she is being treated by a physician assistant and shall be provided with the name of the supervising physician or alternate supervising physician.
