SECTION 1440.180 EARNINGS FROM THE INVESTMENT OF MONEYS IN THE AUCTION RECOVERY FUND
Section 1440.180 Earnings from the Investment of Moneys in the Auction Recovery Fund
Pursuant to Sections 30-20 and 30-25 of the Act, all earnings received from the investment of moneys deposited into the Auction Recovery Fund shall be deposited into the Auction Recovery Fund and shall be used for the same purposes as other moneys deposited into the Auction Recovery Fund.
