Section 1440.200  Pocket Card

OBRE shall issue, along with each license issued under the Act, a pocket card. All licensees shall carry the pocket card at all times and shall display it upon demand.  If the licensee is operating on a properly issued 45 Day Permit Sponsor Card, the licensee shall carry a copy of the 45 Day Permit Sponsor Card in lieu of and until a pocket card is issued by OBRE.
