Section 255.601  Application

The filing requirements imposed by Sections 11 and 15 of the State Comptroller Act and Section 9 of "An Act in relation to state finance" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 127, par. 137 et seq.) are applicable to all state agencies as defined in the State Comptroller Act, whether or not the state agency participates in transactions involving funds held by the State Treasurer.
