Section 255.603  Payment

Whenever Section 11 or Section 15 of the State Comptroller Act or Section 9 of "An Act in relation to state finance" requires that a contract, lease, or other evidence of liability be filed with the Comptroller, and such contract, lease, or other evidence has not been filed, the Comptroller shall refuse to issue any warrant for payment thereunder.
