Section 100.17  Final Orders

a)         A written Final Order shall be issued in every contested case. A final order shall include findings of fact and conclusions of law, separately stated.  All final orders shall specify whether they are final and subject to the Illinois Administrative Review Law [735 ILCS 5/Art. III] and any applicable licensing statute. (Section 10-50 of the IAPA)

b)         A final orders shall be served on parties or their agents appointed to receive service of process either personally or by registered or certified mail. (Section 10-50 of the IAPA)
