Section 330.3730  Electrical

Every existing facility shall meet the following electrical requirements:

a)         All electrical wiring and equipment shall comply with the latest revisions of the "National Electric Code" effective at the time of approval by this Department of either the architectural plans or the building.  (A, B)

b)         All facilities shall provide sufficient and satisfactory artificial lighting and power to meet all the requirements and demands of the building.

c)         See Section 330.3960(a) for exit lights and Section 330.3990 (g), (h) and (i) for emergency lighting.  (B)
