Section 672.440  Unlawful Discrimination

The Vendor shall not engage in unlawful employment discrimination barred by the Illinois Human Rights Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1991, ch. 68, par. 2-102(A)) [775 ILCS 5/2-102] nor engage in discrimination practices barred by USDA Regulations (Code of Federal Regulations, 7 CFR Parts 15, 15a and 15b).
