Section 682.180  Mail Order Sales

Businesses engaged in the mail order sale of Hearing Instruments shall submit a "Disclosure Statement" as specified (Section 6 of the Act) and a statement that such organization employs only licensed individuals in the dispensing of hearing instruments and files with the Department, by January 1 of each year, a list of all licensed hearing instrument dispensers employed by it.
