Section 693.130  Treatment of Minors

Any person twelve (12) years of age or older who may have come in contact with any STD may consent to medical care and/or counseling related to the diagnosis or treatment of such disease.  ("AN ACT in relation to the performance of medical, dental or surgical procedures on and counseling for minors" (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1987, ch. 111, par. 4504.))
