Section 420.700  Failure to Return from Leave of Absence

Failure to return from a leave of absence, extend the leave or voluntarily terminate employment within 5 working days after the expiration or termination date shall be considered grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including discharge for job abandonment in accordance with Section 420.1000(f).
